My work is important to me.  It's surprising the amount of knowledge, effort and care that goes into every piece. I want to share my work with you.  And I want you to enjoy it as much as I do, so I do my best to answer your questions and meet your needs.

When feasible, I do take made-to-order commissions.  If you have a specific request for table linens or knitwear, please get in touch through the Contact Page and we can discuss the possibilities.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items in stock will ship within 3 business days.  Most items will ship USPS.  Most made-to-order items will ship within 3 weeks.  Larger made-to-order items may take longer to complete and ship.  If this is the case, I will contact you to let you know.  Most items will ship in standard USPS boxes.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days.  The item must be in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging.  When I receive your item, I will inspect it and will notify you if it is eligible for a refund.  If the item is in good condition, I will refund your credit card or other payment method promptly.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
